Back home

I took the early morning train to Hanoi station. Last night was almost sleepless, waiting for a reply on Messenger. Status 'Do you understand? Do you feel the same' seemed to be provocative enough and I soon got a dozen of windows for chatting.

We hurried to the station. It was early in the morning so there was only one xe om available, which was not enough for me and cousin. We managed to get a taxi and I asked him to go full speed. We got to the station just in time for the SE7 train.

The train was filled with laughter and chitchat from a group of fourth-year NEU students. One of them was a very good looking girl by the name of Trang.

I turned on 3G mode and I kept checking YM for my awaited message. It finally came. I was a bit saddened at the reason. Anyway, it was relieving to know things were alright over there.

Dad and mum are well. Grandfather eyesight is failing, yet he is in good forms and talks with clarity of mind. No sign of senility.

Bong bong (rose-apple tree) is bearing a lot of fruits this year, yet the light-green fruits are damaged by the worms.

I keep looking at the photos, yearning for the old sweet memories.
